MATH 140 - Applied Trigonometry and Calculus I for Technology [GEQR] Plane trigonometry and trigonometric functions; complex numbers; basic identities. Single-variable calculus: limits, derivatives, rate of change, applications of differentiation to optimization. Integral calculus, including indefinite and definite integrals; integrals as accumulation. Applications will focus on electronics and other engineering fields.
