HRM 455 - Entrepreneurship in the Hospitality Industry This course explores, challenges, and refines the principles of entrepreneurship with a focus on hospitality organizations. Students will read, observe, and discuss the role of small business in the hospitality industry and gain an understanding and awareness of the skills, attitudes, and aptitude hospitality business owners need to succeed.
