HRM 390 - Revenue Management in the Hospitality Industry


Understand the importance of revenue management and the many complex factors that influence revenues management strategy and tactics in the hospitality industry. Examine the important role that thoughtful pricing plays in business, as well as the serious limitations of utilizing either a supply and demand-based or coat-based, rather than customer value-based, approach to pricing.
