ECON 380 - Wine Economics


This class will describe the organization and structure of the wine industry and use economic concepts to explain how grape growers, wine producers, distributors, retailers, consumers, and government regulators interact and behave in the market for wine insights from research in the new field of wine economics will be presented.

Credit 3 hrs May not be repeated for additional credit
