CAE 567 - Plastics, Materials and Processes A study of industrial plastics materials and manufacturing processes. The course emphasizes physical testing techniques and the utilization of processing equipment to create materials for testing. Students will investigate amorphous and semicrystalline thermoplastics in injection molding, extrusion, thermoforming and blow molding processes.
