CMT 408 - Telephone Technology This class will cover an introduction to telecommunications theory and practice. The course content will include both traditional private branch exchanges (PBX’s) and voice over Internet protocol (VoIP) systems. The administration of these systems, their configuration and the testing of the hardware and software components will be covered. Lecture/lab course.
