DTC 251 - Experimental Foods Students will acquire knowledge in the principles of food science, techniques of food preparation, evaluation, and modification of recipes. This will be accomplished through experiments involving recipes and their ingredients.
Credit 4 hrs May not be repeated for additional credit Grade Mode Normal (A-F) Course Rotation Winter and Summer
Prerequisites - CHEM 121 with a “C” or higher , CHEM 122 with a “C” or higher , and BIO 328 with a “C” or higher Restriction by Major - Restriction by Class - Undergraduate standing
