DTC 430W - Community Nutrition [GEWI] The focus of this course is on community-based nutrition policies and programs and nutrition education. Students will examine federal, state, and local nutrition programs, as well as plan a nutrition education program.
Credit 3 hrs May not be repeated for additional credit Grade Mode Normal (A-F) Course Rotation Fall

Prerequisites - DTC 202 with a “C” or higher Restriction by Major - Dietetics [BS] or Human Nutrition Minor Restriction by Class - Junior, Senior, or Second Bachelor standing
