MGMT 386 - Organizational Behavior and Theory A survey of the theory and practice of Organizational Behavior to better understand and manage people at work through an interdisciplinary examination of individual, group and organizational issues. Critical topics are ethics, groups and teams, motivation, leadership, feedback, culture, diversity, organizational design and change.
