PLSC 313 - Constitutional Law: Civil Rights and Liberties The course centers on the evolution of civil rights and liberties in American Law. Special emphasis is placed on landmark cases within the First and Second Amendments, as well as the equal protection clause of the Fourteenth Amendment.
