PLSC 316 - Mock Trial and Legal Process This course covers the basics of the actual trial process, the specifics of mock trial competition and rules, and introduces the fundamental elements of the legal research process. Legal methodology will be introduced and developed throughout the course. This course is intimately connected with the University’s Mock Trial Team and is used as a vehicle to train and practice for competition. Students may take the course without participating on the University’s team.
