PLSC 359W - Public Opinion and Political Learning [GEWI] Examines how individuals form their political opinions and on how these opinions are measured (primarily through public opinion polling) and transmitted to government (primarily through elections). Considers the role public opinion plays in policy-making, and grapples with questions of the role it ought to play.
