EXSC 300 - Exercise Physiology This lecture/laboratory course first focuses on how the human body responds and adapts to muscular activity. The emphasis then shifts to methods for enhancing the health and physical fitness for individuals in the general population and for optimizing performance for competitive athletes. Cross-Listed with
