ARTE 556 - Tradition and Innovation in Visual Arts Education This course explores the ideas, trends, issues and influential art educators in the histories of art education from American and international perspectives. The goal of the course is to enable students to understand contemporary art education theories and practices and to envision the future directions of art education.
