CHEM 554 - Protein Structure and Function The description of chemical and molecular biological approaches to investigating protein structure, and methods to analyze protein function. Rapid and steady-rate kinetics, recombinant DNA technology and expression systems, metabolic and protein assay development and relevant computer applications will be highlighted.
