AGIN 516 - Legal Issues of Older Adults This course discusses the legal and financial considerations frequently encountered by older adults and their families, including estate planning, planning for incapacity and guardianship, end-of-life decision-making, elder abuse and explitation, advocating for quality long-term care and other services, and paying for long-term care and government benefits.
