URP 306 - Comprehensive Planning and Zoning A course studying issues of comprehensive planning, zoning and land-use regulation. Topics include preparation of a general development plan, current and recent zoning issues, land use legislation and the drafting and use of state and local zoning ordinances. A base course for Urban and Regional Planning students as well as a valuable perspective to anyone interested in rural, urban or regional development issues.
