EXSC 269 - Anatomy and Physiology for Dietetics This course will provide an essential examination of the structure and function of the human organism. Emphasis will be placed on the interactions of the body systems, and all aspects of anatomy and physiology will be presented as they relate specifically to the dietetics curriculum.
