GERN 441 - Survey of German Literature 800-Enlightenment This course is an introduction to representative works from the earliest period of German literature and culture through the Enlightenment. This includes a close analysis of literary texts, an introduction to scholarly terminology, and developing critical thinking skills in German. Students will also gain exposure to developments in literary criticism.
