CIVE 310 - Construction Management Basic concepts of construction management, preparing the bid package including specifications and general and supplementary conditions, issues during construction such as value engineering, type of organizations, early and detailed cost estimates, project planning, project scheduling using the critical path method (CPM), resource allocation and leveling, project financing options, project cash flow analysis, cash flow diagrams and projection, cost control, safety, and computer applications.
