ACC 511 - Accounting Data Analytics and Emerging Technologies The purpose is to: 1) teach advanced Excel skills for problems solving 2) use emerging technologies such as Data Visualization, Excel Analytics, Big Data Analytics, and Dashboard Design to gather, transform, and analyze accounting data into meaningful information for decision-making such as risk management, identity fraud, recognizing patterns, etc.
