CURR 652 - Introduction to Urban/Diversity Education This course constructs the framework for urban and diversity education studies through its examination of the emergence and transformation of urban teaching and its institutions. Critiqued through social, sociocultural, political and economic lenses, the history of politics in education will frame a discussion of equity, voice, marginalization and resilience in the classroom.
Credit 2 hrs Normal (A-F) May not be repeated for additional credit
