HRM 570 - Hospitality Industry Marketing This study of marketing as it applies to service industries. Topics include the basics of service marketing, the marketing plan, and special problems relating to the hospitality industry. Students will conduct critical assessment of customer needs and develop a marketing plan to meet their needs and expectations.
