QUAL 647 - Research Methods


A course in methods applied in engineering and technical research. Emphasis is on the development of a research proposal. This includes the problem and its setting; qualitative, quantitative and mixed research methodologies’ and a review of existing research and practices (products and processes as well as literature).

Credit 3 hrs May not be repeated for additional credit

Prerequisites - Twelve semester hours completed in the MS Quality Management, full admission and at least a 3.0 GPA in the program.
