CHEM 332 - Fundamentals of Bioinorganic Chemistry


This course will discuss the fundamental themes of bonding, structure and reactivity, primarily for metallic compounds in the context of bioinorganic chemistry. In addition, the course will give students an introduction to some of the basic concepts of biomolecules as they relate to naturally occurring and synthetic metal containing systems which are used for diagnosis and treatment in medical field.

Credit 2 hrs May not be repeated for additional credit
