DTC 201 - A Scientific Approach to the Fundamentals of Human Nutrition The present course allows for students to learn about nutrition’s role in the maintenance of a health body through a scientific inquiry approach. Students will participate in a variety of classroom and non-classroom projects to gain an understanding of how their body functions throughout the lifespan in relation to nutritional intake and physical activity. Nutritional involvement will be discussed at the cellular and organism levels.

Additional Information - Not open to students who take DTC202, DTC203 or DTC204.
