WRTG 424 - Professional Writing & Technical Communication 2
How do writers shape and contribute to professional communities? Building on the concepts of WRTG 324W , this course is an intensive workshop where students study the rhetoric and practice of communication in workplaces that require specialized knowledge.
Projects can include personal and professional discourse communication, analyses of document systems and workplace cultures, and research and presentations on high-value communication design from specific companies or situations. The course commonly has a portfolio where students practice presenting their applied analysis and learning.
