ESLN 326 - Advanced ESL Speaking and Listening This course improves oral skills for participation in academic and social settings. Students practice listening and speaking skills in classroom presentations and discussions. Students learn note-taking skills, especially from talks featuring a variety of accents. Students learn to use informal versus academic vocabulary and grammar forms appropriately in context.
