PEGN 116L1 - Bully Proofing [GELB] This course uses lecture, play-based activities and role playing to teach self-defense techniques to aid in developing lifelong communication, advocacy and physical skills that help “bully proof.” This course focuses on enhancing emotional health, social skills, building relationships, self-defense skills, and the “judoka” develops confidence. The physical portion of the course includes training in judo which helps improve aerobic capacity, coordination and balance falling skills, efficiency of movement, flexibility and strength.
