PEGN 129L1 - Kung Fu, Strength and Conditioning [GELB]


This course teaches how to create a connection of well being within the individual such as: physical fitness for improving the body’s ability to perform, as well as rehabilitation and injury prevention; mental awareness for a deeper level of concentration and understanding of one’s potential; and connecting the mind and the body to achieve motion with greater ease, inner harmony, optimal health (mental and physical), and self-development.
