FERM 441 - Fermentation Production Facilities Focuses on the equipment, layout and maintenance of a modern fermentation production facility. The class will include field trips to local industries and guest speakers describing the considerations in the design and maintenance of a fermentation facility.

Prerequisites - FERM 101 Other Restrictions - Restriction by Major - Restriction by Class - Undergraduate standing
