PHY 331 Intermediate Mechanics I


Motion in two and three dimensions, motion under the influence of variable forces including central forces, damped and driven oscillations, systems of particles. An introduction to generalized coordinates and the Lagrangian approaches to solving problems in classical mechanics.

Credit 4 hrs May not be repeated for additional credit
