RECR 165 Leisure Lifestyles An introduction to leisure lifestyles as related to oneself and how leisure behavior relates to an individual’s work, education, economy, ethnic beliefs and values. The course involves individual leisure awareness, choices, goals and strategies to assist in creating a quality and fulfilling life. Lecture, discussion, evaluation techniques and self-exploration.
