SPEI 401L2 Elementary Methods in EI [GELB] Teaching methods, techniques, and materials for educating elementary-aged children with emotional impairments are presented. In addition, the types of programs serving elementary-aged students with emotional impairment, the individualized education program, and federal and state rules governing these programs are discussed.
