SPEI 449 Beyond Behavior An examination of systemic topics beyond the scope of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) that impact the well-being of youth and adolescents with emotional-behavioral impairments: social, cultural and environmental factors; home disruptions; internalized disorders; externalized disorders; and pervasive disorders.
