SPGN 471 Collaborative Transition Planning The role of a special education teacher’s collaborative design and implementation of a transition plan for older adolescents, including the access and coordination of non-school agency services. Emphasis includes federal and state laws and policies relative to post-high school employment, education, and independent living services that adults with disabilities may access.
