FERM 441 Fermentation Production Facilities


Focuses on the equipment, layout and maintenance of a modern fermentation production facility. The class will include field trips to local industries and guest speakers describing the considerations in the design and maintenance of a fermentation facility.

Credit 2 hrs May not be repeated for additional credit
