SPAI 435 Communication/Behavior in Autism This course examines theories of ASD and their implications on observed behavior and communication patterns for individuals with ASD. Students will learn how a functional behavioral assessment can hypothesize the function of a behavior and develop plans for teaching individuals to communicate effectively. Differentiated supports are reviewed.
