AGIN 516 Legal Issues of Older Adults This course discusses the legal and financial considerations frequently encountered by older adults and their families, including estate planning, planning for incapacity and guardianship, end-of-life decision-making, elder abuse and explitation, advocating for quality long-term care and other services, and paying for long-term care and government benefits.
