DTC 202 Principles of Human Nutrition A study of the functions and sources of nutrients as well as their role in health; topics include digestion, absorption and metabolism of energy nutrients; vitamin and mineral structure and function; energy balance and weight maintenance; eating disorders; nutrition and disease; food safety; and the world food situation.
