ESLN 319 Community and Current Events II This course provides students with practice in the English listening/speaking skills necessary to succeed in the American university. It also will provide students with the chance to combine critical thinking with practical experiences as they make an active contribution with community-based projects. Students will learn about themselves and their community.
Credit 3 hrs Grade Mode Normal (A-F) Course Rotation
Prerequisites - Placement by the ESL Advisor according to on-campus placement test through the ESL Office or by the sub-scores on either the TOEFL, MELAB, or IELTS exam (at the time of application, students have the option of providing a TOEFL/MELAB/IELTS score, or taking a placement test upon arrival) Restriction by Major - Restriction by Class -
