CNST 511 Construction Project Financial Planning and Estimating
The course introduces advanced project financial planning, estimating, and cost budgeting techniques and their application within the construction industry. The course addresses financial techniques for improved project planning, execution, and control of significant construction programs and includes the use of modern project management software.
