EDLD 812 Analysis of Research in Administration Emphasis on contributions of research in the behavioral sciences to educational leadership. Critical readings of the research of psychologists, sociologists, political scientists and others that have special meaning in understanding such concepts as leadership, organization, power, authority, communication, innovation and decision making.
