EM 695 Leadership and Ethics This course explores leadership and decision-making for ethical engineering issues using case studies from various industrial/engineering disasters to develop moral reasoning skills using professional organizations’ codes. Introduce a variety of contemporary leadership theories and provide some suggested methods for developing leadership capacity at the individual and organizational levels.
