LAW 525 E-Commerce Law The Internet has created a new set of legal problems that pose immense challenges for business. This course covers a range of e-commerce legal issues including privacy issues, data protection, intellectual property, e-commerce contracts, cyber torts, e-commerce dispute resolution and online marketing.
