LAW 535 Ethics and Legal Compliance An in-depth study of ethical and legal compliance in business. The course will examine various stakeholder (shareholders/employees/customers/client/patient/community) relationships and laws such as the Securities Exchange Act, Sarbanes-Oxley, Title VII, The Clean Air Act, The Clean Water Act, UCC, Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998, Whistleblower Protection Act, contracts, intellectual protection, torts, health regulations and malpractice.
