MGMT 614 Growth Strategies for Entrepreneurial Ventures This course focuses on the opportunities and challenges of managing growing ventures. The course provides students with frameworks and expertise that are essential for developing and executing functional decisions in entrepreneurial firms. Students will propose specific functional decisions and project financial performance of the venture based on those decisions.
