NURS 803 Advanced Concepts in Diverse Populations in Nursing Education This course is designed to assist the student in recognizing the unique variables involved in designing educational programs for diverse populations. Students examine several populations, critique and evaluate the impact health disparities have on the learning needs of specific populations. Methods will include lecture, discussion, classroom and service learning activities designed to enhance application of course content.
