OM 503 Operations Management Examination of planning, operation and control activities of manufacturing and service organizations leading to products and services that satisfy customer needs. Topics include quality management, project management, demand forecasting, capacity and operations planning and scheduling, SCM, JIT, product and process design and facilities location and layout.
