EXSC 530 Clinical Exercise Electrocardiography Basics of electrocardiography (ECG) as well as applied clinical applications of ECG will be presented. The student will learn the concepts of conduction, rate, rhythm, axis, hypertrophy, arrhythmia interpretation, myocardial infarction, pacemaker identification and pharmacological effects on the ECG. In addition, pathological concepts of heart disease as well as ECG in women, children and athletes will be discussed.
